Concrete Safes

Dispensary Safe Rooms

As cannabis becomes legal for medical and recreational use in a growing number of states, a question is raised by farmers/growers and dispensaries, “Since banks don’t accept our money, where do we keep the cash safe? How do we protect our inventory?” The Advance Concrete Products’ vault is the perfect solution: store your valuables inside a precast enclosure manufactured with 5″ to 8″ thick, solid concrete walls, reinforced with steel rebar. Say no to the smash and grab.

You can choose from an enclosure as small as 3′ x 3′ x 3′ square, a large closet size of 4′ x 4′ x 7′ tall, or a vault room measuring 13′ long x 9′ wide x 7′-6″ tall, with many standard sizes in between. For added protection for your cash and inventory, we can install a smaller precast concrete safe inside a large concrete enclosure.

Too many dispensary operators make the mistake of buying thin steel safes that can be breached quickly with tools, or even carried away. To compare, our smallest 3′ x 3′ x 3′ concrete vault weighs approx. 5,000 lbs. That’s 2 1/2 tons! Our taller enclosures are so strong, they are used as tornado shelters, as shown in the photos attached to this article. Notice the car on top of the smaller safe room to show the strength of our rebar-reinforced precast concrete. Would your current safe hold up to that load?

We work with door companies that can supply heavy duty vault/safe doors with custom locks, interior securement mechanisms, and even biometric locks for quick entry without a key.

We have trailer mounted cranes to unload your precast concrete cash vault. Although the concrete vault room may weigh in excess of 40,000 lbs., it is still considered portable, so you can hire a crane and operator to move it in the future, as your cannabis business grows.
