Utility manholes, water meter pits, commercial septic tanks, oil and grease interceptors and valve chambers are manufactured in standard and custom sizes. We can install your structure in your prepared excavation with our fleet of trailer-mounted cranes. If you prefer, we can ship them to you on a flatbed.
Our precast concrete two-piece utility structures are quite versatile. By adding midsections, the “two-piece” can become taller. They range in size from 2’ x 2’ square, all the way up to 16’ x 6’ or 13’ x 9’ rectangular vaults that can be made as tall as 30’. We have varying wall, floor, and roof thicknesses to satisfy your loading requirements, ranging from pedestrian to aircraft.
